01
Sourcing

We secure our feedstock through long-term agreements with licensed scrap aggregators, ensuring full compliance with Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009) and other applicable regulations. This disciplined procurement guarantees a consistent, high-grade scrap supply, forming the reliable foundation for uninterrupted production and stable delivery of ingots and extrusions to customers.

02
Shredding and Sorting

Installed are two parallel, fully automated mechanical shredding and sorting lines.
The process starts with shredding to liberate materials, followed by a multi-stage sorting system using magnetic, eddy-current, and optical sensors. This cascade removes ferrous metals, unwanted alloys, and non-metallics. As a critical control point, it ensures feedstock purity, enables precise melt chemistry, reduces furnace losses, and delivers the consistent metallurgical integrity required for high-quality billets and ingots.

03
Decoating

Installed are two parallel, fully automated delacquering kilns.
The system utilizes high-temperature, controlled-atmosphere furnaces to thermally degrade and remove organic contaminants including paints, lacquers, oils, and coatings from aluminum surfaces. This process is essential for metallurgical quality. It eliminates hydrogen sources to prevent gas porosity, reduces non-metallic impurities that form excessive dross, and delivers a clean, oxide-minimized charge to the melt furnaces. The result is higher metal yield, improved alloy consistency, and superior final product integrity.

01
Remelting

Our melting operations utilize side well furnaces equipped with electromagnetic pumps (EMP) for efficient UBC processing, supported by a dedicated furnaces for ingot alloys and billet alloy refinement and degassing.

02
Metal Casting

We operate multiple fully automated lines for both ingot and billet production. Standard 5kg and 10kg ingots are cast, along with 6-inch and 8-inch diameter billets, using advance metal handling from furnace tap to final cooling.

03
Homogenization

Cast billets undergo controlled thermal treatment in our homogenizing furnaces. This process eliminates internal chemical segregation and refines the microstructure, ensuring uniform mechanical properties and optimal extrudability.

01
Extrusion

Our technical engagement begins with a thorough analysis of your component's intended application, operating environment, and mechanical requirements. We evaluate extrudability by assessing wall ratios, profile symmetry, and tolerance feasibility to ensure the design is optimized for manufacturing and performance. Where beneficial, we collaborate directly on engineering considerations such as alloy selection, structural reinforcement, and thermal management to deliver a production ready profile that balances strength, function, and manufacturability.

02
Prototype Development

We provide physical prototypes for form, fit, and functional validation where required. Using in-house additive manufacturing, we produce functional 3D printed models of proposed profiles. This allows for hands-on dimensional verification, test assembly, and ergonomic assessment prior to tooling, reducing development risk and accelerating time to market. This service builds customer confidence in the final product and demonstrates our commitment to precision and collaborative partnership from concept to completion.

03
Tooling Manufacturing

Our on-site tool manufacturing unit and strategic partnership with overseas manufacturers, enables us to produce high-quality dies and tooling required for extrusion using H13 tool steel. This controlled, hybrid approach delivers optimal die performance and achieving reduce trial rates for all profiles, from simple solids to intricate multicavity hollow extrusions, ensuring quality and accelerating your project timeline.

01
Extrusion

Extrusion:
Our extrusion facility is equipped with two presses, 1650 tons x 6” and 2200 tons x 8”, capable of producing up to 10,000 tons annually. With this production capacity and a comprehensive range of alloys including 6063, 6005 and 6060, we can offer high-quality extrusion solutions with industry-leading turnaround times for any project.

03
Fabrication & Surface Finishing

Fabrication:
We provide physical prototypes for form, fit, and functional validation where required. Using in-house additive manufacturing, we produce functional 3D printed models of proposed profiles. This allows for hands-on dimensional verification, test assembly, and ergonomic assessment prior to tooling, reducing development risk and accelerating time to market. This service builds customer confidence in the final product and demonstrates our commitment to precision and collaborative partnership from concept to completion.
Powder Coating:
Our fully automated vertical powder coating line, integrated with an automated pre-treatment system, has an annual coating capacity of approximately 4,000 tons. We offer five standard colors: Bronze, Charcoal, White, Black, and Matt New Silver. The Matt New Silver finish is specifically developed to deliver the visual appearance of anodizing with enhanced cost efficiency and environmental performance.
