Alfeco is deeply committed to offering high-quality education and training through a variety of skills development programs designed to foster employment growth, diversity, and opportunity, as well as to meet the basic constitutional needs of different communities and schools.

Our mandate is to establish sustainable jobs in a local economy that is often plagued by adversity, as we endeavor to advance South Africa's position in the metal sector and make our country competitive at the local, regional, and global levels.

Through extensive gap analysis, we have determined that unemployed youth require comprehensive skills development and training, with a particular focus on Administration, Electrical Engineering, Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, and Production Technology. As a critical strategic tool to ensure employee engagement, promote youth participation in graduate programs, and support an integrated recruitment approach, we have joined forces with the University of Johannesburg's Resolution Circle and MerSETA to fulfill these opportunities.
