Veer Aluminium has a state of art inhouse vertical powder coating line with a capacity of painting 4,000 tons per annum. We have also empanelled trusted partners for anodizing from 10 µm to 25 µm, ensuring the finished extrusions meet your specifications and bring your ideas to life.

Our approach centres on early-stage design collaboration, providing comprehensive technical guidance and supporting product development at every stage.
Our first step is to gain a thorough understanding of product form, fit, and function, which enables us to create designs that optimize essential product deliverables. Furthermore, we can incorporate multipart designs for applications that require multiple extrusions that interface with one another.

During the testing stage, we recognize the importance of developing the correct solution or component, which is a multi-stage process. To aid in this process, we provide our customers with 3D rapid prototyping options. This valuable tool is used early in the design process and allows customers to test-fit parts and gain insight into the product's intent before committing to new tooling.

We have an on-site modern Tooling Manufacturing Unit equipped with advanced and automated equipment, such as Electrical Discharge Machining, Vertical Milling Machine, Radial Drilling Machine, CNC lathe, and more. With this technology and expertise, we are able to produce high-quality dies and tooling in-house, reducing lead times for our customers. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to ensuring that your tooling needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Our quality laboratory provides the verification of parameters of all the products that go through our extrusion processes.
When concluding with an extrusion, a piece is extracted and verified against the approved die drawing to check if the material matches the characteristics required by the client.
This allows for greater efficiency during the production of profiles, which translates into cost savings.
