Our first step is to gain a thorough understanding of product form, fit, and function, which enables us to create designs that optimize essential product deliverables. Tooling Manufacturing Unit
As a part of our vertical integration process , Veer Aluminium provides quick die and tooling manufacturing solutions to our customers. We have an on-site modern Tooling Manufacturing Unit equipped with advanced and automated equipment, such as Electrical Discharge Machining, Vertical Milling Machine, Radial Drilling Machine, CNC lathe, and more. With this technology and expertise, we are able to produce high-quality dies and tooling in-house, reducing lead times for our customers. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to ensuring that your tooling needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Operating two extrusion presses of sizes – 1650 tons x 6” and 2200 tons x 8” with a capacity of producing 10,000 tons per annum, meaning we are ready to take on any project and deliver the highest quality extrusion solutions with some of the industry’s shortest lead times. We offer a comprehensive alloy range featuring 6063, 6005, 6060, 6061 etc.

Our extrusion facility is equipped with two presses, 1650 tons x 6” and 2200 tons x 8”, capable of producing up to 10,000 tons annually. With this production capacity and a comprehensive range of alloys including 6063, 6005 and 6060, we can offer high-quality extrusion solutions with industry-leading turnaround times for any project.

Our quality laboratory provides the verification of parameters of all the products that go through our extrusion processes.
When concluding with an extrusion, a piece is extracted and verified against the approved die drawing to check if the material matches the characteristics required by the client.
This allows for greater efficiency during the production of profiles, which translates into cost savings.

Veer Aluminium provides the best quality finishes and understands how important it is to deliver consistently on visual expectation. We pay special attention to the extrusion process in how the profile is oriented during manufacturing to protect the visual surface.
In addition to the functional aspects, we know that many extrusions require a high-visual finish for the products. We work with a variety of customers who have different visual requirements depending on the space the product will be used in.
